Let me paint a day.
Gentle morning, the smell of fresh mandarin juice, sweet potato from the oven, crispy bread, eggs set.
Chia pudding, mint white tea makes us rise slowly.

Throughout the day, the table is never empty.
Snacks appear and disappear. Homemade cookies, dates, dark chocolate, rosemary pecan. Subtle flavours layered from flowers to tea infused to lemonades. Spiced honey, always within reach at the tea station.

Lunch leans into the sun. Tomatoes, olives, artichokes, sourdough, a fig tarte tatin with balsamic glaze,
a bright citrus herbal drink.

Afternoon softens.
A new snack finds its way to the table. Freshly cut herbs & ginger to top off your tea.

As evening approaches, an iced hibiscus and rose infusion, strawberries & red grapes, a shift in pace. Dinner unfolds. An aromatic soup followed by dishes to be shared.

Night settles slowly.
Lavender tea, kiwi, pistache, dark chocolate.
Melatonin rich bites to bring the body back to rest.
